A+ Effort Comes Through For Broker At 11th Hour
|
When the broker received word from one of his accounts that their new mortgagee required S&P rated "A-" or better paper, time was short. The risk in question was two very high value properties. Their existing carrier did not meet lender requirements, so the broker turned to us.
It was early evening by the time we received the package specs. We pulled out all the stops. We put calls into several select triple A rated, "A+ 15" A.M. Best rated carriers and were able to provide quotes by 10:00 AM the following morning. Coverage was later bound.
